  • What are tape-in extensions?
    Tape in hair extensions are thin tape wefts, 1 inch wide pre-taped hair wefts, that get “taped-in” in between your own hair in “sandwich” like bonds. It is the most requested hair extension method because of how easy , quick and damage free it is. This method requires no tools or chemicals, and lasts 6 to 8 weeks-and the hair is reusable for up to a year with care.
  • What is the quality of Soluxy Hair?
    At Soluxy Hair, we provide double drawn, 100% high-quality Remy Human Hair that lasts up to a year with proper care. Our brand has been designed to prevent shedding , offering our clients a longer lasting voluminous look.
  • Where can I get my tape extensions applied?
    You can purchase your own hair online and we offer an in-house installation, that allows you to save money on the shipping costs. You can also purchase the hair online and bring it to your nearest salon.
  • Do you have a guarantee or warranty on your hair?
    Soluxy Hair extensions come with a 30-day guarantee against manufacturing defects. This does not include items sold on our Sale Page. All sale page hair extensions are final sale and are not eligible for a return or refund or warranty. After 21-days from the date of purchase the hair guarantee will be considered expired, no claims can be made after this time. All merchandise claimed as defective must be sent back within 14 days. Our Quality Control team will inspect the hair and determine if the hair is in fact defective from manufacturing defects. *You must send back the hair to have it inspected in order, no exceptions. In the event that the hair extension is deemed as defective we will then either issue a full credit to the account (Store Credit Only) or a partial credit. We reserve the right to determine how much of a credit shall be issued based on many factors such as usage and claim dates. The warranty DOES NOT cover the following: Defects from improper application. Defects from improper use of the product (Not using proper hair care, coloring, cutting the wefts, etc)Defects from personal attempts to alter the extensions in any way from its original form. Excess use of heat and improper care of the extensions. Certain colors will fade over time (all pastel colors, 35, 99J, and certain red/silver colors). Fading on these colors will not be considered a manufacturer defect.
  • Will the tape in method damage my own hair?
    If properly installed and maintained, this method will not damage your hair. We do not recommend for you to attempt doing it yourself. Please work with a trained professional experienced in tape in application to ensure that the product will work properly zero damage.
  • Can I wash my hair and blow dry it?
    Yes, you can wash your hair and get blowouts. Soluxy tape is extremely durable and lasts, as long as the scalp does not become excessively oily the bonds will stay. We have high quality tape that is strong. You can go about doing your normal activities without any restrictions.
  • Can I color my hair extensions?
    Yes, you can. Soluxy Hair is 100% Human Remy hair all collections can be dyed. Please keep in mind that you should only use semi or demi permanent hair dye, and should only be done by a professional stylist. You should NEVER lift the color, only deposit it. Only color darker and never lighter. You want to keep the hair healthy.
  • How long will the hair last?
    Each application can last up to 12 weeks with proper care. The hair extensions can be reused from 3 to 4 times with proper hair care. Please see our hair care tips.
  • Do I need to use heat to apply the hair?
    Our method is 100% natural and no tools are needed.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    You can purchase on our website using any major debit or credit card. You can choose these payment methods at checkout.
  • Which currency will I be charged in?

  • What if an item is out of stock?
    If the item you are looking for is out of stock, please send us an email at soluxyhair@gmail.com and we will send you restocking availability ASAP.
  • What is the status of my order?
    Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
  • Can I change my order?
    We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.
  • Where do you ship?
    We currently only ship to US and Canada.
  • When will I receive my order?
    You should receive your order within 5-8 business days from the ship date in the United States and Canada. For international shipping, the lead time will vary per country. For more info, please send us an email soluxyhair@gmail.com.
  • What would I do if I never received my order?
    After the delivery of each package, I will provide you with a tracking number to follow your order. When ordering, you are given the option to have your package delivered with or without signature request. If you choose to have your package delivered with a signature, someone will need to be at the delivery address at time of delivery to sign for the package. Soluxy Hair offers a fixed rate of $24.99 to cover your shipping insurance cost. If an insured package is lost, stolen, or damaged then you will be reimbursed the declared value of the item (s) in the package. To get reimbursed when a package is reported missing or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • How long does it take to ship my order?
    Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery. We never ship on weekends or holidays. We provide our clients with a verified tracking number so that you may have access to track your package 24/7.
  • How can I track my package?

  • What’s the return policy?
    Because hair extensions are customized and for sanitation purposes, we DO NOT offer returns. However, if you ordered the wrong color, we offer a 30 days color swap, on packages that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with, and the seal has not been broken. Items must be sent back within 30 days from receipt, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs through the exchange process.
